Summer is right around the corner, and, along with it, plenty of sunshine (Yay!) and a lot of heat (not always yay!). Beat the heat this season with reclaimed billboard signs from Material Resourcers! They can take the place of cheap, store-bought items, and do a better job, for less money.

On our camping trip to Wyoming, we encountered a lot more rain than scenery. Fortunately we brought one of these "mistake" billboard signs to use as a rain cover. It was big enough to create a rain-free awning near the tent entrance plus cover the entire tent! We just set up our chairs and hardly noticed the weather. These PE billboard signs saved our trip!
This is a story about how I repurposed some used vinyl billboard signs into a cool art-installation piece in my front yard. What was destined for the landfill became my saving grace for a project that yielded both food to eat and food for thought. Talk about a blank canvas!
